For those who aren't privy on GMOs, and how harmful they are. (Genetically Modified Organisms)

Spring 2019 by John Meyer

If you're not on the DL about GMOs, then you might want to get comfortable. This can take a while.  Remember when the patent office had the law that no one can patent a living organism? Well, that rule no longer applies and several items in your, "daily bread," may be genetically re-engineered, in order to be able to withstand the harsh chemicals in pesticieds and herbacides, or weed killer, as some of us call it. The sad truth is, our food  labels do not even have to state the use of GMOs. Somehwere along the line, someone decided it was going to be ok to modify our food genetically. No  doubt, that whoever that person, or group of people, on the board who made that decision, made a LOT of money. Everytime we purchase non-organic, conventionally farmed foods, we run the risk of putting more money in the pockets of GMO companies and they continue to earn profits at the cost of the lives of our loved ones.

There are studies out there that suggest GMOs are harmless. Those studies were, in fact, performed by the companies who are doing the genetic modification of our food, and they, of course, would gain profit by producing such a false study. Just recently there have been several lawsuits against the company Bayer-Monsanto, who have been found guilty of falsifying these studies. Yes, you read that correctly. The company you may have bought Aspirin from many times, "Bayer," is at the head. The most recent $2 billion lawsuit payment came in favor of a couple who have acquired cancer, non hodgkins lymphoma, by way of glyphosate. Glyphosate is a chemical found in a commonly used landscapping weed killer. This is how this couple got cancer. This is just one example of how the advocacy of GMOs, is harmful to human health. There are approximately 13,400 cases agaisnt Bayer-Monsanto, presently.

Don't get me started on our soil, either. All the GMO, monoculture cultivation has destroyed the mineral content and even made certain areas toxic to the point where without major restoration of natural processes, no plant foods can grow.

This is the "Information Age." The technology is here to be taken advantage of and to be made a useful tool to enable our success. So don't wait any longer for the next opportuntiy to arrive. Take the next step in your roadway to success and... "get it out there!"
